Delivery Information

We deliver across Bangladesh. The delivery charge and your total payable amount are always shown at checkout before you confirm the order.

Delivery charges

• Standard delivery: ৳20 per order.
• Free delivery on orders of ৳1,000 or more.
• Local pickup: free — collect your order from our office.

Estimated delivery time

• Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days.
• Outside Dhaka: 3–5 working days.

Times are estimates and can be longer during public holidays, Eid and severe weather. We will contact you by phone if there is a delay.

Payment options

• Cash on Delivery — pay the delivery person when you receive your order.
• Bank transfer — our bank details are shown after you place the order.

Receiving your order

Please check the package in front of the delivery person. If anything is damaged or missing, keep the package and contact us within 24 hours.
