Warranty Policy

All products sold on JajiraMart are genuine. Where a product carries a manufacturer or brand warranty, its warranty period is shown on the product page.

How warranty works

• Warranty is provided by the brand or its authorised service centre, according to the brand's terms.
• Keep your invoice and the product box — they are needed for any warranty claim.
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, power surges or unauthorised repair.

Making a claim

Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. We will guide you to the right service centre or handle the claim with the brand for you.
